PURPOSE
o Assist brand manager and store operation as a retail assistant to be efficient by ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Retail Operation Management (30%)
▪ Collect daily sales data from POS to share it with sales team on a daily basis
▪ Update weekly sales report for weekly team meeting and brand region: month to date(MTD) and month to go(MTG) against sales target, category & nationality data
▪ Provide monthly sales report to relevant stakeholders: monthly report and other analysis including customers¡¯ nationalities, category sales, competitors etc
▪ Monthly closing backup
o Support store administration (30%)
▪ Check store expense, and submit attendance report & part timer payment on a monthly basis
▪ Counter operation supports for sales team; stationary order, name tag, business card, uniform, shoes, socks order collection and delivery check
▪ Working schedule update and validate with BM
o Organize quality claims (10%)
▪ Consolidate stores¡¯ claim report relevant to quality problem, then send quality report which includes detailed description of phenomenon and pictures for reference to brand region on a monthly base.
▪ Order spare parts after sales service department on a monthly base.
▪ Make invoices of return and local destruction for brand region & DFS use.
o Manage DFS¡¯ ERP system (10%)
▪ Register order / offer / SRP (price change) / stock transfer / return & local instruction in duty free stores¡¯ ERP system.
o Make other commercial reports (10%)
▪ Support business analysis report when needed
▪ Online sales analysis report on a monthly basis
o Communication (10%)
▪ Communication with buyer & store staff when needed
▪ Report to brand manager of decision and procedure relating to business issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
o Bachelor¡¯s degree holder
Work Experience
o Over 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
Knowledge
o Knowledge of operations, stock, repairs and after sales is highly recommended
Skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
o Fluent in English speaking and writing
